Fat tummy! You must disappear now!

Good morning guys. *yawns* *stretch~~* .. again, i didnt have enough sleep last night,only until 4am in the morning, i slept soundly but was awaken by the alarm clock. Really sian..

Ytd,in the night.. I know why i cant sleep already. I am using my phone to surf net.. Finding ways to slim and flatten tummy. One of the way is have breakfast to build up metabolism. Today i make it a must to have breakfast. I done my brushing up, my make up and everything, i boil the water.. I made myself a instant oatmeal cereal .. Not even a bit sweet.. Cos my house ran out of sweetened can milk. Thinking its even healthier without milk, i smiled.. Haha! And i ate the unsweeten oatmeal cereal.

The second way is to drink lots of water,which i usually nv do.. Today! Today! I am going to accomplish it. Gona drink at least 6 glasses today!!

The other ways is to have a balanced meal. Aiya! I duno how la. I guess i just gona have a gd breakfast, a not very full lunch and dinner.. And also with very much less starch. And fruits is also a must everyday!!

Breathe in whn u r sitting down, or a standing up.( for around half a min), breathe out slowly, treat it as a small stomach crunch.. And everyone mention cardio excercise! I duno what thats too..

Anyone to enlighten me? I am pretty certain to flatten my tummy this time. No matter whatever sacrifies i need to make like avoid fast food, chocolates and icecream!

Urgh! I hate that flabby tummy i have now!!

Ok! Got to end abruptly now! Sorry! But i no mood to blog for today!
